My first pedal was made in 1978 year. Then I get high education and made much different devices. Since 2012 company 'SviSound' started export products worldwide. Now company located in Varna, Bulgaria. We hope you and your guitar will enjoy from our devices!

Shipping:

• We ship products worldwide. We provide tracked shipping but not anymore.
• Shipping time will normally take from 10 to 20 days to arrive but there is a chance it could take longer. Anyway we can send request about shipping time to our post service after 30 days since shipping only.
• Please note that some countries add tax or customs charge for importing goods. Those charges will not be covered by SviSound. The buyer is responsible for any extra fees that may be applied once the order enters their country.

Warranty:

SviSound offers a 2-year warranty on all our products.
Normal wear and tear of SviSound products, rubber parts and knobs, and all parts that wear out with normal use will not be covered by this or any implied warranty.

Warranty is lost if:

• The product is more than 2 year old from purchase date
• The product has been modified in any way
• Anyone besides SviSound service has repaired or tried to repair the product
• You have given the pedal wrong power and the pedal has been burned

Returns:

• The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from date of receive product
• The product must be in perfect condition (no scratches, velcro, ect.). The original box must be returned with the pedal as well. All returned and exchanged pedals are inspected and will be returned to the customer if they are found to not be in acceptable condition
• The customer pay shipping costs for returning product. Shipping costs are non-refundable
