About SviSound

Hi! I’m Mark Svirkov. My first pedal was built in 1978. After receiving a technical education, I designed many different devices — from studio tools to live performance gear. Since 2012, SviSound has been exporting products worldwide. We are now based in Varna, Bulgaria (European Union), and we hope you and your instrument will enjoy the sound and soul of our creations.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Tracked shipping is available, but not guaranteed in all regions. Estimated delivery time is typically 10 to 20 days, though delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, we can submit a request to our postal provider.

Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes. These charges are not covered by SviSound and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty

All SviSound products come with a 2-year warranty. This does not cover normal wear and tear, rubber parts, knobs, or damage from incorrect power supply.

• Warranty is void if the product is older than 2 years
• Modified in any way
• Repaired by a third party
• Burned due to wrong power input

Improvements & Design Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to both the external appearance and internal design of our products, at any time and without prior notice, if such changes improve functionality, reliability, or production quality.

Returns

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be in perfect condition (no scratches, velcro, etc.) and include the original box. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
